Depending on the project, production takes place in a 3-shift system (up to 21 shifts per week). This means that the production plant can be fully utilized, which guarantees fast product processing for your project. In addition to speed, our production also impresses with up to 30 tons that can be produced for you per shift.

This depends on the scope of services and quantities that we support you with or that you would like to have produced. The median time for the pure production phase is around four weeks; if we accompany you from the idea (product development phase) to the assembly of the displays, you can plan for up to twelve months.

Filling is possible in bottles, jars, tubes and many other options. In the next step, we realise the packaging of your products for you, e.g. in individual folding boxes (with and without inserts).

To ensure cost-effectiveness for both sides, we produce from order quantities of 15,000 to 20,000 units. Depending on the product, the quantity may also be lower in individual cases.
